Participants will be asked to provide testimonials at the end of the weekend to help us help others bring out the best in themselves.

*All dates are weather permitting and may be cancelled at anytime*

1. Payment Policy:
   1. All payments (deposits and payments paid in full) are non-refundable.
   2. Payments must be made in full at least 60 hours (3 days) before the workshop date.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
   1. In the event of insufficient participants (a minimum of 4 people required), clients who have made payments will be offered an alternative workshop date.
   2. If adverse weather conditions necessitate workshop cancellation, an alternative date will be provided.
   3. Clients wishing to cancel their attendance within 60 hours (3 days) of the workshop must call 1-403-877-7838. Cancellations via text or email will not be accepted.
   4. If attendance is cancelled within 60 hours (3 days) of the workshop, payments will be transferred to another weekend workshop and will not be refunded.
